Bangkok with Kids

Thailand is known for many things, including shopping, nightlife, and great wildlife experience even in the middle of Khao San; however, it is not the main destination for those who want a family tour. This is rather unfair. There is as much to do for kids in Bangkok as much as there is for adults.

Siam Ocean World

If you want your little ones to see how an aquarium is supposed to look like, why not bring them to the Siam Ocean World located in Siam Paragon Shopping Mall. Let your little ones tour in a glass-bottom boat and even swim with some of the friendliest sharks you’ll ever see.

Ice Skating

It doesn’t snow in Bangkok. However, it doesn’t stop the Central World located in Siam Discovery Center from developing an Olympic size skating rink. If your little ones do not know how to skate, you don’t have to worry as they offer short lessons. Let your kids amaze their friends when they go back home.

Butterfly Garden

Kids like chasing after butterflies. There is something about the beauty of their wings that hypnotize people into happiness. In Thailand, they do not have to chase after butterflies; butterflies will chase after them. At the Butterfly Garden located in Rotfai Gardens, BTS Mochit, there are over 500 different types of butterflies. The area is big; they can spend the whole day running around. Also, you can picnic here and go for some miles on a bike too.

Water Parks

If you do not have the time to take your kids to Phi Phi or Phuket to swim, you can go to Water Parks. Don’t worry; it’s not one of those water parks where you’ll see nothing but slides. There is a roller coaster, fairy rides, other types of rides, and other activities that the entire family can join.

Dusit Zoo

Asia is renowned for its wildlife. However, very few places manage to support and keep the wildlife healthy, and Thailand is one of these countries. The Dusit Zoo located in Rama V Road provides you an opportunity to have a family bonding experience as you watch over 800 different species of birds fly above you. You can have a picnic, or talk a walk, take train tours, or ride the boat to go around. There are monkeys, tigers, lots of snakes and other animals.

Conclusion

So, if you are planning to spend a holiday in Bangkok with kids, don’t forget to visit the aforementioned kids-friendly landmarks in the country.
